Business Loan Guidelines
Capital City Funding LLC, To help business owners secure fast and reliable funding, Capital City Funding LLC has established clear guidelines for our Business Loan programs. These requirements ensure we can match applicants with the most suitable lenders and provide a smooth, efficient approval process.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Monthly Deposits: $5,000
Businesses must show a minimum of $5,000 in total monthly bank deposits across their primary business account.
This requirement helps verify active revenue and ensure loan eligibility.
Additional Eligibility Guidelines
Time in Business
Most programs require:
- Minimum 3–6 months in business for working capital or revenue-based funding
- Â 12+ months for stronger term loan options
- 2+ years preferred for traditional or SBA programs
Business Bank Account
Applicants must maintain an active business checking account with consistent activity. (Personal accounts may be accepted for sole proprietors on select programs.)
Monthly Revenue & Cash Flow
Lenders will review:
- Total monthly deposits
- Average daily balance
- Cash flow stability
- NSF or overdraft history
Higher and more stable deposits often lead to better offers, lower rates, and longer terms.
Credit Guidelines
We work with all credit profiles. General ranges include:
- 500+ FICO for revenue-based or working capital loans
- 600+ FICO for some term loans
- 650+ FICO for SBA and premium-rate programs
Credit is only one factor—cash flow and revenue stability matter more for most programs.
Documentation Needed
Documentation may vary by loan type, but most programs require:
- Valid identification
- Last 3 months of business bank statements
- Voided check
- Application or digital authorization form
Full financials may be required for SBA, term loans, or large funding requests.

Disqualified or High-Risk Scenarios
Some situations may limit available programs:
- Excessive recent NSF/overdraft activity
